5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Due to their perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Butterfly plants and cottage garden plants
