Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the items. To be eligible, all items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature and the difficulty in assessing their condition once they leave our care, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower bulbs (e.g., Allium, Crocus, Daffodil)
  • Live plants (e.g., Achillea, Agastache, Armeria, Asclepias, Aster, Coreopsis, Echinacea, Eriogonum)
  • Cacti and succulents
  • Butterfly plants and cottage garden plants

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the return package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider:
