At Daily Garden Joy, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction as we do in nurturing our plants. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return or exchange process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and viability of our plants, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Flower bulbs (e.g., Allium, Crocus, Daffodil)
- Live plants (e.g., Achillea, Agastache, Armeria, Asclepias, Aster, Coreopsis, Echinacea, Eriogonum)
- Cacti and succulents
- Butterfly plants and cottage garden plants
These items are excluded due to their perishable nature and the difficulty in assessing their condition once they leave our care. We guarantee the quality of these plants upon shipment and are happy to address any concerns you may have via our customer service team.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Mail the return package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. We will ship the new item to you using the same shipping method as your original order.
